Hey, I’m Robert Grant 37 yrs old and I live in Casper Wyoming. I’ve Lived here most of my life, over 30 yrs. I own Back Country Kayak School here in Casper and enjoy teaching people to kayak and dispel some of the worries and myths about kayaking like your trapped in the kayak and if you go upside down and can’t roll you are going to drown! Or you are going to hit your head and die or that looks easy anybody can do it or you have to go over things like Niagara Falls since you’re a kayaker and your crazy. Now there are too many rivers to list that I like but to name a few my top favorite runs are Gore Canyon, Bailey Canyon, Poudre Canyon, the Upper Shoshone, Royal Gorge, the Snake river whenever I can make it over there and our very own, Casper White Water Play Park. I enjoy play boating, river running, creeking, teaching kayaking and an occasional scenic/drunken West Water trip.
